How does Focus Troll work?

Focus Troll watches selected sites. When every tab for one of those sites is closed, it clears login state. Next time you return, you hit a login wall instead of instant scrolling.

Can I choose which sites are controlled?

Yes. Focus Troll is site-by-site. You can enable or disable each domain in your watchlist so only your real distraction triggers are affected.

Will this sign me out of Google too?

For some flows, yes. If YouTube logout rules clear shared Google auth cookies, you may be signed out in other Google tabs as well. That friction is intentional to reduce one-click relapse.
